Terms and Conditions
1) All tickets, including camping passes are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. In the event of cancellation due to weather or act of god, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Island Mountain Arts Society.
2) Unauthorized reproduction of tickets is not permitted.
3) Admission is subject to compliance with all laws, facility rules and event regulations, including our code of conduct. To read our code of conduct please visit www.imarts.com/health-ops-policy
3) No pets or animals are allowed on festival site (in Venues, Vendors Village and ArtsWells Campgrounds.)
4) Camping is allowed only in designated areas with the purchase of a camping pass. Unauthorized campsites and/or vehicles will be removed at the owner's expense.
5) Minors (under 19) must be accompanied by an adult who is present at check-in. Minors are not allowed to camp unaccompanied.
6) Children 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
7) We strictly prohibit violence of any kind, harassment, discrimination, bullying, or abusive conduct.
8) Public consumption of alcohol outside of designated camping areas and venues is prohibited.
9) Loud noise, music, drumming, or disruptive conduct is prohibited in camping areas, in public areas, or near performance venues.
10) Breach of any of the above conditions may result in any of the following actions: cancellation of your pass(es), removal from the festival, banning from future events, and possible police involvement.
Your tickets are being purchased from Island Mountain Arts Society (the organizer).
Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.
All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
